• St. Mawes Gin - February 2020 Gin of the Month

St Mawes Gin is The Juniper Club February 2020 Gin of the Month.
St Mawes Gin is the newest Cornish Gin to be launched and is a classic dry gin that combines delicate citrus and botanical flavours. The flavours are inspired by the sea breeze on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall including hand-picked Rosemary.
St Mawes is a small town opposite Falmouth on the Roseland on the South coast of Cornwall. It lies on the bank of the Carrick Roads, a large waterway created after the Ice Age from an ancient valley which flooded as the melt waters caused the sea level to rise dramatically.
St Mawes Gin is the brainchild of Jon Scorse of Mr Scorse’s Gourmet Deli and Wines in St Mawes - a deli where the ‘produce is heartfelt, wholesome and brought to you by people who are passionate about what they do’ . The Gin is distilled at The Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance, Cornwall. This gin is perfectly served with a premium Indian Tonic, a Sprig of Rosemary and a slice of orange
