A little beauty that packs a punch and looks fantastic, summery flavours with mint and Portobello Road Gin.
Grab a tall glass, add Portobello Road Gin, a generous dash of lime juice, 20ml of sugar syrup, Fever Tree Indian Tonic along with a handful of fresh mint leaves and diced cucumber with some crushed ice. Churn thoroughly with a long handled spoon and top with final flourish of crushed ice, tonic and fresh mint.
