Juniper Club Gin / Cornish Gin

  • Blue Angel G&T - The Cornish Captain

We served this G&T at the recent exclusive Poldark Ball held at Trevince House in Cornwall, there were a range of specially named Gin based drinks for the event and this was a firm favourite.

Cornish Rock Blue Angel Gin gets the blue colouring from Gardenia Flowers, first look at the gin doesn't portray what your senses will be wowed with when you smell and taste this gin!

Deep Juniper with a citrus edge, served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and fresh lime. Outstanding.

Cornish Rock Blue Angel Gin has rapidly become one of The Juniper Club's most popular Gins.

A fantastic Gin for the summer, refreshing but still with the excellent body of juniper flavour.

  • Tinkture Gin - roses are amber - or are they pink?

Tinkture Gin is now part of The Juniper Club ever growing Cornish Gin collection, a stunning organic gin made with fresh rose petals.
  • MUST TRY Cornish Craft Gins

Cornwall is punching well above it's weight on the Craft Gin scene, with new and more well known Gins to consider from the Duchy we have put together The Juniper Club 5 MUST TRY Cornish Gins....

Caspyn Cornish Dry from the Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance, headed up by Shaun Bebington, has been a star of the Cornish Gin scene for a while now and deservedly so is reaping awards across the Gin scene.

East Cornwall sees the showstopping Trevethan Gin being produced since it's invention in 1829 by Norman Trevethan, their Original Cornish Gin is smooth and fragrant and pairs fabulously with a quality Indian Tonic plus cloves or orange.

Separated by 28 miles of rolling seas of the coast of Land's End the Island of St. Agnes, part of the Isles of Scilly, sees the production of Westward Farm Scilly Gin. Botanicals from around the world are combined in their tiny still producing this fantastic Island Spirit.

The work of the Thomson Brothers with their St. Ives Gin is worthy of the Top 5, with Cornwall's First Cold Compound Gin and the aim of capturing the essence of Cornwall you will find fresh botanicals from the St. Ives coastline included to draw your senses to the Ocean.

Finally a newcomer to the Cornish Gin scene which is rocking the boat! Cornish Rock Gin is a 2018 Cornish Gin that evokes freshness and smooth juniper notes, delicious in a range of cocktails and makes a fantastic G&T, don't leave without one!

A fantastic garden inspired cocktail with fresh flavours that The Juniper Club were lucky enough to have served up at the recent Evening of Cornish Gin where the St. Ives guys joined us.

In a large balloon glass filled with ice add a generous pour of St. Ives Gin, a dash of lemon syrup, a dash of elderflower syrup, freshly chopped mint plus a dash of angostura bitters and a drop of soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary with the wonderful addition of an edible viola!
