A truly authentic Shetland gin from Shetland's only distillery. Created in Unst, the most northerly island in the UK, this traditional-style gin has a unique Shetland twist with the inclusion of apple mint - grown and harvested on Unst by Unst Market Garden.
The nose has a hint of juniper with a subtle mix of spices and citrus. The initial palate has juniper, mixed spice, sweetness with a citrus tang and a refreshing hint of mint at the end. The finish is clean and fresh.
Pair with Fever Tree Indian Tonic, a slice of fresh pink grapefruit, a sprig of mint and a sprig of lavender.
