Distilled from 100% British wheat spirit and infused with Juniper Berries, Coriander Seeds, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Thyme, Winter Savory, Fennel Seeds, Sage, Bay Leaf and Lavender. The distillers imagined a typical English Herb garden in mind when they created this gin.
Serve with Fever Tree Indian and a fresh sprig of sage, thyme or rosemary.
