A refreshing variation on Old Tom gin from Scotland's Rock Rose, utilising the deliciousness of pink grapefruit! Organic pink grapefruits are peeled by hand, and the peel goes in to the botanical basket alongside the supporting botanicals for distillation. A touch of muscovado sugar is added afterwards, bringing that familiar Old Tom sweetness to the fore.
Serve over ice, with Fever Tree Indian Tonic water and a slice of grapefruit.
